FAQ's

When should I order?

Our website is open for orders 24/7, however we dispatch once a week on a Monday and the cut off for orders is at 9pm every Saturday, orders received after this will be added onto the following weeks dispatch unless there is enough stock to fulfil the order (rare we do this though!).

When will I receive my order?

All orders are dispatched on a Monday morning, and sent via courier. We use a “2 day shipping profile” which aims to have your goodies with you on or before Wednesday, please note, ongoing strikes are impacting shipping times.

Can I order for a specific date?

Unfortunately this is not something we offer at the moment for postal orders, however we do offer this for celebration cakes for local collection.

Do I need to be home for my delivery?

Absolutely not! Enjoy your day and come home to our super convenient letterbox sized parcel full of your goodies.
(Although in some areas Hermes are unable to leave parcels without at signature, again very rare.)

Do you cater for dietary requirements

Due to being a home-baker this is not something I offerall of our products either do or may contain traces of all 14 allergens.

Can you add a note to my parcel if it’s a gift?

We certainly can! Just add your message into the “notes” box in the checkout window.

What is the shelf life of Baking in the Raine’s treats?

All baked goods will have their best before date on them when you receive them, but as a rule brownies will be good for 7 days and our sliced cakes for 5 days.

How should I store my baked goods?

In warm weather our goodies will benefit from half an hour in the fridge upon arrival to firm up however they will keep better if stored in an airtight container at room temperature... if they last that long without being eaten! All brownies and cake slices are suitable for home freezing – we recommend double wrapping them in cling film and then foil.

How much is P&P?

P&P is free
